What's this site all about, anyway?

A string of small beach communities run south from Clearwater all the way down to St Pete Beach. I found myself staying in one of these - Indian Rocks Beach - for about six months - loved every minute. It's where I picked up my nickname; "Beach" and some great friends. I'm happy to show you around this gem of a place called Clearwater.

The Tampa Bay area is home to a string of beach cities in Pinellas County that run from St Pete Beach in the south to Clearwater Beach in the north - with an alphabet soup of smaller named cities and towns in-between.

The sunsets were astonishing and holistic, you can even join a yoga club that pracitces on the beach regularly.

True, Clearweater Beach did get caught up in the real estate boom, and many of the honky-tonk motels are gone that made Clearwater a real bargin place for young adults and families.
